We understand that circumstances can change. Please review the cancellation terms below.

Within 1 Hour

Custom number plate orders may be cancelled within one hour of being placed for a full refund.

After 1 Hour

After the one-hour window, your order may already be in production and cancellation or refund may no longer be possible.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order, contact us within one hour where possible. Any increase in the order value must be paid by the customer.

After Dispatch

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
