Warranty Policy

At Plate Vision, we take great pride in offering high-quality custom number plates. We provide a complimentary one-year warranty with every number plate order.

1. Covered by Warranty

  • Delamination of the reflective backing
  • Water ingress causing damage to the acrylic or reflective vinyl, where not caused by drilling or incorrect fitting
  • 4D and Gel characters losing adhesion
  • Warping or bending of the plate acrylic

2. Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and road chips
  • Accidental damage
  • Theft or loss
  • Plates falling off due to inadequate installation
  • Damage caused by drilling or screwing through the plate

3. How to Make a Claim

Email sales@PlateVisionltd.com or call 07516 669103. We may ask for clear photographs and, in some cases, the plate may need to be returned for inspection.

Once approved, we will arrange the appropriate warranty resolution as quickly as possible.
